This website is operated by Cieli Equestrian LLC, trading as Cieli Equestrian USA. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Cieli Equestrian,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cieli Equestrian LLC.

Cieli Equestrian operates usa.cieliequestrian.com and offers equestrian apparel, accessories, information, and related services through this website. These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the website and to purchases made through it.

By visiting the website, placing an order, or using any part of the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your state of residence, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through this website.

You may use the website only for lawful personal or household purposes. You may not use the website, its products, or its content for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not introduce malicious code, interfere with the website’s security or operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or collect information about other users without authorization.

Cieli Equestrian LLC operates the Cieli Equestrian online store for customers in the United States.

1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product colors, textures, finishes, markings, and details may appear differently depending on your device and display settings.

Natural variations in leather, hair-on-hide, handcrafted materials, hand-painted details, colors, markings, and pattern placement are part of the individual character of these products and are not necessarily defects.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline an order when reasonably necessary. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate replacement option, revised timeframe, cancellation, or refund.

1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices displayed on the website are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except when correction is necessary because of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, inventory, or checkout errors and to cancel an affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

1. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm or begin fulfilling it.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, resale activity, delivery restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

Please ensure that all billing, shipping, and contact information is complete and accurate. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We will make reasonable efforts to update an order before fulfillment but cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing has begun.

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel an order without charge before it has been fulfilled.

To request cancellation, email nicole@cieliequestrian.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

A cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped. Once an order has been fulfilled or transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled through the return process.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Cieli Equestrian does not charge a cancellation or administration fee.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Cieli Equestrian USA currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Orders totaling more than $200 qualify for complimentary standard shipping when indicated at checkout.

In-stock orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully processed. Carrier transit time is separate from order-processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, address problems, customs or import delays affecting incoming inventory, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Sale and discounted merchandise is subject to the same 30-day return policy as regularly priced merchandise. Unless clearly stated otherwise before purchase, preorder and special-order merchandise is also subject to the same return policy.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for unwanted items, incorrect sizes, and change-of-mind purchases. When we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cieli Equestrian will cover the reasonable return-shipping cost.

We do not process direct size or color exchanges. Customers who want a different size, color, or product should return the original item and place a new order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and upgraded or expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from an error by Cieli Equestrian.

1. PREORDERS AND SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS

Availability and shipping dates for preorder and special-order merchandise are estimates and may change due to production schedules, import processing, customs clearance, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a preorder or special-order item is materially delayed, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You may choose to continue waiting or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

Unless clearly disclosed otherwise before purchase, preorder and special-order merchandise is subject to the same cancellation and return terms as regularly stocked merchandise.

1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact nicole@cieliequestrian.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Please retain the merchandise and original packaging until we provide further instructions. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy consistent with applicable law and our Shipping & Returns Policy.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content—including trademarks, logos, product names, designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, and layout—are owned by or licensed to Cieli Equestrian and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

1. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display content that you voluntarily submit for review, promotional, customer-service, or operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
